POLICIES
At our Beauty Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their No1 Maple Lashes and Beauty experience.
- Appointment only.
- £10 deposit at time of booking. This payment secures your appointment, with the remaining balance to be paid on the day of treatment by cash or bank transfer.
- Any treatments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to 50% of the treatment charge.
- 'No shows' will be charged the full treatment amount.
- A patch test at least 24 hours prior to appointment time will be required for any treatments involving tinting, lash lift, brow lamination and henna brows.
- Please make sure you arrive promptly for your appointment time.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, depending on my schedule, you may have to re-book.
- Please arrive to your appointment alone.
- We will fix any problems up to 48 hours after appointment, after this time, you will be charged the treatment cost.
